I have a BS and MS in Computer Science from University of
Missouri - Rolla (aka Missouri Science & Technology). In
2002, following many years of working for large corporations, a
small startup, and other various size businesses, I opened
Creative Illuminations Web Design to build web sites for clients
like you.

Documenting business requirements, by working directly
with non-technical business groups, helping them to
understand the possibilities for automation.
Designing effective user interfaces that match a logical
workflow, including determining when certain fields should
restrict input, such as selecting a State when inputting an
address.
Review of functionality with end users to determine
improvements.
Development and coding, validation of operation, and
deployment.
Installation, setup, and customization of the Joomla!
